CyberMoves was founded by Ryan Virani and Nouri Saoudi after years spent solving both talent and capability challenges across the cyber market, supporting scaling businesses, cyber services providers, and organisations grappling with complex security delivery demands.
Across building and scaling cyber functions for FTSE 100 organisations, consultancies, and venture-backed businesses, one pattern kept repeating. Hiring alone rarely solved the problem. Teams needed capability at the right moment, sometimes permanent, sometimes interim, sometimes specialist support to unblock delivery.
CyberMoves was built to respond to that gap.
We combine long-term hiring, rapid deployment of trusted practitioners, and targeted introductions to specialist operators, giving clients practical options rather than a single recruitment answer.
The business is grounded in relationships, but defined by judgement. Knowing what will land, what will scale, and what will actually move a team forward.

Co-Founder
After 8+ years in the cyber security space, Ryan has built a reputation as the guy who connects the dots others don’t see.
He’s brokered talent moves and strategic introductions in over 9 countries, from placing Sales Directors in award-winning startups, to building out entire cyber functions for FTSE 100s, to helping regulators hire their first CISOs.
Whether it's matching a boutique pen testing firm with an organisation trying to take security seriously for the first time, or helping global players identify the right MDR partner, Ryan’s already a few moves ahead.
He doesn’t just know cyber talent. He knows the market, the timing, the pressure, and the politics and, he makes sure his clients don’t miss the window when great people (or partners) are actually available.

Co-Founder
Nouri’s the guy you want in your corner when you’re building a cyber team that actually works, not just looks good on paper. With experience across both technical and commercial hiring, he’s placed everyone from Security Architects and SOC Engineers to Pre-Sales Leads and Commercial Managers across the UK and Europe.
He isn’t a hands-on engineer, but he is technically fluent enough to understand how modern security, networking, and IT functions are designed and where the wrong hire at the wrong level introduces unnecessary risk. That allows him to qualify roles properly and avoid matching on keywords rather than capability.
Before moving into cybersecurity recruitment, Nouri built his career across IT transformation and cybersecurity sales, giving him a practical understanding of how technology, security, and commercial decisions intersect. From supporting niche service providers to scaling consultancies and cross-border teams, he connects people, purpose, and performance and builds teams that work in the real world.
